A life I was introduced to as a boy,
observing, helping and learning from my late father, Seán,
about the insights and skills that make a good press photographer.
While times have moved on and technology has advanced,
the basic principles of good photography remain the same;
principles I have put into practice for more than 25 years,
initially as The Irish Examiner’s Limerick-based photographer
and in my subsequent career as a full-time, freelance photographer.
